  • Any item that has been altered, customized, or part of a non-stock special order at the customer’s request may not be returned.
  • Original packaging, tags and labels must still be attached to the product.
  • All closeout or clearance items are sold “as is” and may not be returned.
  • Please include all packing slips and receipts with all return items.
  • Gift cards may not be returned.

 

Footwear Return Policy

Please try on all footwear on carpeted floor until you are sure they fit properly.  Once they are worn outside and are scuffed or soiled in any way we cannot accept their return.  Of course, if there is a defect of any kind, let us know immediately!

Body Armor Return Policy

It is extremely important that your new body armor fits properly.  Please try your armor on immediately to ensure that you are satisfied.  Should you need any adjustments, you must contact us within one week of when you received the vest to avoid unnecessary special-cut fees from the manufacturer. 

Manufacturers Defects/Returns

Many of the products we sell have manufacturer’s warranties.  Most of these warranties will be included with your purchased good and you may contact the manufacturer directly for any matter related to their warranty.  Please feel free to contact our Customer Service Department directly for any questions or help with these types of returns.
