Uniform Company, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any
and all orders, regardless of the manner in which the order is
made. Leon Uniform Company, Inc. reserves the right to update
these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice (all
updates will be posted to this page). All orders become valid
when accepted by Leon Uniform Company, Inc., and the sale shall
be deemed made in St. Louis, Missouri. All sales are subject to
the laws of the State of Missouri, and the venue for all
disputes shall be the courts of Missouri.
Restrictions on the Sale of Certain Products
Leon
Uniform Company, Inc. restricts the sale of selected products
such as, but not limited to, embroidered apparel, badges,
nameplates, insignia, emblems, and collar pins that identify the
holder or wearer as a member of any law enforcement,
firefighting, transit or security agency. Orders for such
products must be submitted by a previously authorized agent of
the department or on department letterhead with a copy of
official identification. When you place an order for products
that are subject to any legal restrictions, you warrant to us
that you are authorized to make such purchase, and you are in
compliance with all local, state and federal laws concerning
same*. Leon Uniform Company, Inc. reserves the right to verify
employment of any person ordering such items. We apologize, in
advance, for any inconvenience this may cause.
*Leon
Uniform Company, Inc. cannot know or be aware of all the local,
state and federal restrictions regarding the products we sell.
Therefore, Leon Uniform Company, Inc. does not warrant that a
person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific items
offered in our catalogs. These products include, but are not
limited to: chemical sprays/munitions, knives, fusses/flares,
crowd control devices, and other items. When you place an order
with us, you warrant that you are a legal adult without legal
disabilities which would prohibit you from ordering, owning,
possessing, or transferring these items under applicable federal
state, or local laws. You also warrant that you ware in
complete compliance with local, state and federal law.

Sales
Tax
Leon
Uniform Company, Inc. charges sales tax for all shipments to
Missouri and Illinois. All other states pay no sales tax.
Approved agencies in all states pay no tax.
Ordering Policy
Leon
Uniform Company, Inc. accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Discover card. Our standard policy is to charge all credit
cards for the full order when the order is placed. This
includes in-stock and special order items. Many of our online
items are not stocked and are ordered from our manufacturers
when the order your order is placed (custom badges, name tags,
bags, holsters, etc.). If you place an order for a special
order item, customer service will contact you for approval to
continue processing your order. Please reference the Return
Policy for special order items.
Any terms
and conditions set forth in the buyer’s purchase order shall not
materially alter the terms and conditions set fort herein by
Leon Uniform Company, Inc.
Return
Policy
As always, we sincerely thank you for your placing an order with
us. However, we do realize that occasionally an item will need
to be returned.
We welcome your return as long as it meets the following
criteria:

The item has been purchased within the last 120 days.

The item has not been used, worn, or washed, and is in its
original packaging.

The item was not a “special order” item.

Your item is sent back to us with the necessary Return Form.
Any item that has been customized (embroidered, trousers
striped, sleeve braid on a dress coat, etc) cannot be returned.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
A special order item is an item that we do not keep in stock.
This item will fall into one of two categories:

This item can be returned to our manufacturer if you decide
to return it to us. If this is the case, we will gladly
issue credit for your item, less a 20% restocking fee to
cover our costs in returning this to our manufacturer.

This item cannot be returned to our manufacturer. In this
rare instance, we apologize, but your item will NOT be able
to be returned or exchanged.
If you place an online order for a “special order” item, you
will receive an email informing you of this, which category your
item will fall into (returnable or non-returnable), and
approximate delivery time. It will then inquire how you would
like to continue with your original order. We will not begin
processing a special order item without your acknowledgment and
consent!

purchase and your order is cancelled, Leon Uniform Company, Inc.
will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of
the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this
amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully
satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance
with Leon Uniform Company, Inc.’s Return Policy.

(5-7 business days). We offer alternative methods of shipping (USPS)
as well as faster delivery timeframes (2nd Day Air,
