The Ripp
H-100 HOBBLE is made of 700 LB polypropylene webbed belt with a
bronze snap at one end and the other end permanently inserted
through a jawed alligator clip. A unique, self locking clip
holds the permanent loop in place for use on ankles, knees, and
elbows (for de-cuffing potentially violent subjects). The HOBBLE
allows for transporting subjects in vehicles seated in the
upright position while removing the subject's ability to kick
