Lettering
The color of the lettering should match the nameplate plate it's being attached to. All fonts are the same because only the year (4 digits) are being applied.

Note
It's important to know the style of nameplate your Serving Since pin is being used for. The posts of the "YS" pin must fit the clutch Backs of the existing nameplate.
